Donald Trump Woos Evangelicals In Washington DC
Only minutes into his speech with a list of topics dear to evangelicals’ hearts – the presumptive Republican nominee, Donald Trump, was interrupted by shouts from the crowd, forcing him to stop while security tracked the protesters down . . .
The crowd chanted “USA, USA, USA” as security officials dragged the protesters out with one, Code Pink founder Medea Benjamin, hanging desperately onto an attendees chair as they tried to pry her fingers off of it.

Donald Trump was speaking to evangelicals in Washington DC. As protesters heckled, Trump said: “Alright, alright,” as the last protesters were ejected. “Freedom of speech please. Freedom of speech. Very rude, but what are you going to do?”
He added, “Very sad, very very sad what’s happening. What’s happening in our country is so sad, we’re so divided. Such a shame. And, by the way, these are professional agitators.”
