Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban endorsed the U.S. Republican Presidential hopeful, Donald J. Trump. Hungary’s anti-migrant right-wing Prime Minister called Trump a “better option” for the Eastern bloc than Hilary Rodham Clinton. Just like Trump, Orban is a fan of the Russian President Vladimir Putin. A Putin fan, Orban became the first world and European leader to endorse Trump.

Czech President Milos Zeman (an ex-communist leftist) announced on Tuesday that he is backing the White House presidential hopeful Donald J. Trump, pitting himself against his country’s Prime Minister, Bohuslav Sobotk, who favours the Democratic rival Hillary Rodham Clinton. “I’d vote for Donald Trump if I were a US citizen” Zeman said, according to the Dnes Czech daily.

Just like Trump in the United States, President Zeman is branded a populist by his critics in the Czech Republic. Reports indicate that President Zeman shares Trump’s staunch anti-migrant (immigration restriction) stance and a fondness for the ex-KGB chieftain, Russian President Vladimir Putin. Just like Trump, Zeman is a Vladimir Putin fan, President Milos Zeman became the second European leader to endorse Trump.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi endorsed Donald Trump today (Sept 22, 2016). While some argue that Donald Trump’s statements against the Muslim Brotherhood show there is some common ground between Trump and al-Sisi, nobody can conveniently explain or reconcile al-Sis’s Trump endorsement considering the GOP nominee’s rhetoric on Muslims in America. This has always worried government figures and politicians in Cairo.

Donald Trump and the Trump campaign snubbed an invitation from the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to a meeting at the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Hilary Clinton attended.

Donald Trump has also indicated his readiness to work with Vladimir Putin, at one point describing the President of Russia as more of a leader than US President Barack Obama. Trumps negative comparison of U.S. President Barack Obama vis-à-vis the positive of Russian President Vladimir Putin in terms of leadership qualities irked may Americans especially in the political divide on the side of the Democrats. U.S. President Barack Obama and former U.S. Secretary of State and White House Democratic presidential hopeful, Hilary Clinton campaigned against Trump’s hailing of Putin in that regard.

All these Trump endorsements by no way bear any influence on the U.S. presidential campaign by any means – though some pundits say it might help change a few thoughts of a few Americans. All the above three endorsements (first two from Eastern Europe, Russia’s backyard) have no voter-credit worthiness considering that the leaders endorsing Trump are not American voters, neither are their countrymen and women – either partisan or not – likely, unlikely or undecided voters. However, the endorsements help boost Trump’s diplomatic standing among many American voters, albeit, on a populist platform and/or leftist leaning – which is an anachronism because Donald J. Trump is an American conservative from the great American Republican Party, a rightist party a.k.a. Grand Old Part (GOP).

All three world leaders are Putin fans – so is Donald Trump!

Any more world leader-endorsements for Trump?
